6 Highly Effective Habits during JAIIB Preparation
- Preparing for JAIIB with your job can be overwhelming sometimes. You can feel burned out if you don't maintain a quality routine.
- Here are six highly effective habits you must adopt while preparing for JAIIB:
1. Healthy Diet:
- The most important aspect of putting the necessary effort into your preparation is to have a healthy diet. If you don't have good health, you will not be able to maintain both work and study together if you don't have good health.
- Avoid eating junk food and eat healthily.
2. A good sleep schedule:
- 7-8 hours of is sleep required to function properly throughout the day. This becomes more important while you are preparing for your exam.
- You should have a sound sleep of at least 6 hours daily.
- You will be able to retain your lessons if your brain functions properly, which is impossible if you do not have good sleep hygiene.
3. Avoid social media:
- We don't even realize we spend hours on social networking sites. Social media is good, but only if you use it wisely. Also, social media can disappoint you when you see others having fun.
- It is better to cut off social media or minimize its use of it while you are preparing for your exam. You will feel better when you post about your success on your social networking site after clearing the exam.
4. Avoid distractions:
- There are only 24 hours in a day. It is your responsibility to get the most productivity from these hours. This can be done only if you avoid unnecessary or less important tasks.
- Devote most of your time to your studies while preparing for JAIIB.
5. Learn to say "NO":
- No one cares more about your success than you. Prioritize your preparation and learn to say "NO" to the things that are not important to you. Don't waste your crucial time pleasing others.
6. Schedule breaks:
- When creating your schedule, include time for breaks. The same busy routine can make you feel burned out. Take out time from your day and spend it with your family. But make sure to have a quality break.
- Don't spend your breaks on social media. Instead, have family time and social interaction to regain your energy.
- Adapt to these incredibly effective habits while preparing for your exam and you will have an easy time while studying.
