I purchased a wrong course what should I do now?
You should contact at info@myonlineprep.com within an hour else the same will not be changed.
I am not interested in the course after purchasing. Can I get refund?
A refund of money is not allowed in any circumstances.
My amount has debited but the course has not been mapped.
The online payment at Myonlineprep involves a complex system of technical and telecommunication networking integration between candidate’s Internet bandwidth, IT system of banks and payment gateways and is dependent on internet connectivity across various constituents. I did not apply coupon code while purchasing. Can I get discount after purchase?
No, you cannot get any discount after purchase.

No, doubt clearance is available in only paid courses.
How many attempts are given for a particular mock test? What if my attempt get exhausted?
There are five attempts are given in any particular mock tests. After exhaustion of attempt if you still want you can ask us. It will be increased.
Are the eBooks latest and updated?
Yes, eBooks are latest and updated as per the new syllabus.
Do I need extra materials to refer from other sources to crack the exam apart from Myonlineprep's study materials?
No, you don't need to buy or refer extra materials for your preparation as Myonlineprep provides each and every topic in easily language which can easily be understood.
