The Fabelmans, Banshees won top awards in Golden Globes 2023
- In the motion picture categories, Steven Spielberg’s The Fablemans won for Best Motion Picture (Drama) and Banshees of Inisherin won for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy.
- Best Director went to Steven Spielberg for The Fablemans, and Best Picture Non-English went to 1985 from Argentina, while RRR was among the nominees in the category.
- On the television side, HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel House of the Dragon won for Best TV Series Drama, Kevin Costner won for Best Actor – Television Series, Drama for Yellow stone, and Abbott Elementary won for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
- ‘Naatu Naatu', the upbeat song from SS Rajamouli's blockbuster film 'RRR', won the award for the 'best original song-motion picture' Golden Globes 2023.
